Purchase Conditions

1. General information

In accordance with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the CONTROLLER informs the User, prior to providing the service, of the steps and obligations required for the effective conclusion of the contract:

  • The User undertakes to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions, Website Use Conditions and Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the Conditions).
  • The User undertakes to provide personal data and any additional information that is essential for the provision of the service. The CONTROLLER guarantees full compliance with applicable consumer protection regulations, safeguarding the User’s legitimate interests from the beginning to the end of the contracting process for products, services, content and/or tools provided through the website.

2. Purpose and general terms

This document sets out the General Online Purchase Conditions for ticket sales for the ZigZag event and related services (hereinafter, the Service), provided through https://zigzagexpo.com (hereinafter, the Portal).

Using and purchasing the Service implies the User’s express acceptance of these Purchase Conditions, as well as the Portal’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

3. Identification of the contracting parties

On the one hand, the CONTROLLER.

On the other hand, the User, who uses the website and any products, services, content and/or tools offered through it, and whose identifying details are those provided directly by the User via the forms made available on the Portal.

4. Service description

The Portal provides an online ticket/registration purchase service available 24 hours a day. The Portal offers users an advance ticket sales service, facilitating ticket acquisition and, where applicable, managing distribution on behalf of and for the account of the promoter.

5. Purchase process

Registration requirement

As a general rule, contracting the Portal’s services (ticket purchase) requires the User to register prior to acquiring tickets.

Price

Ticket prices are published on the website. Prices include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) according to the regulations in force during the purchase process.

Purchase steps

The contract may be formalized in Spanish or English.

The procedure to purchase products through the website is as follows:

  1. From the desired purchase page, the User must click the button labelled "Registration".
  2. Next, the User must select the event and provide their details in the form as an initial requirement for registration and ticket purchase.
  3. The User must identify themselves on the website: provide personal data and accept the purchase conditions (mandatory).
  4. Once the event registration is selected, the User will choose the services they wish to purchase on their own behalf.
  5. The User must expressly accept these conditions before final order confirmation.
  6. Next, the User must choose the payment method: credit/debit card (Visa, 4B, Mastercard and Visa Electron). Payment will be processed securely via REDSYS.
  7. Finally, the User must provide the data corresponding to the selected payment method and confirm the purchase.
  8. The User will receive an email confirming completion of the purchase process with information about the event.

Fraudulent use of tickets

Even if multiple copies of a ticket are printed, only the first ticket presented will be considered valid. Illegal resale or attempted illegal resale is sufficient cause for seizure or cancellation of the ticket without any right to refund or compensation.

6. Refund policy and right of withdrawal

The User must verify the accuracy and suitability of the data entered before completing the reservation, as it is not possible to refund tickets once the purchase has been made. Being unable to attend the event or making a mistake when purchasing tickets are not grounds for a refund.

In the event of cancellation or change of dates, the price will be refunded. Refunds for tickets purchased online will be issued using the same payment method within approximately 30 business days from the public communication of the event suspension.

7. Customer obligations

The customer undertakes to provide true and accurate information requested in the Portal’s forms. If the data entered is incorrect, the ticket may be cancelled. The User also undertakes to provide a valid email address to receive the purchase receipt.

8. Security and confidentiality

The CONTROLLER guarantees security and confidentiality in all communications with customers. All online payment transactions are carried out through a secure server that protects data against third-party intrusion attempts.

The CONTROLLER guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

9. Intellectual and industrial property

The CONTROLLER holds all rights to the content, design and source code of this website. Total or partial reproduction of this website or any of its content is expressly prohibited without the CONTROLLER’s prior written consent.

10. Complaints, claims and information requests

The User may send complaints, claims or information requests:

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Conditions are governed by Spanish law. To resolve any dispute arising from these Conditions, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Seville, unless the law provides otherwise.
